Never mind the house - my karma is spreading! We did not feel like cooking last night (both under the weather) so I drove to the local chip shop. I met a very nice young man afterwards who apologised for steering into my parked car! One light housing broken (bulbs all ok though) and a dent in the corner of the bumper.
These are Better Days =D

Sounds like you've got a car like mine - with a big sign on top saying 'HIT ME!'
I'm sick of people bumping and scraping mine in car parks - at least your man apologised.
So it's going......just ordered a new Chevy
:D (without a 'HIT ME!' sign)

I wish! I've saved a bit but not that bleedin' much - how many a day do you think I smoked?
It sounds pretty cool doesn't it? It's quite boring actually - a Chevrolet Tacuma MPV in 'Poly Silver'. Still trying to work out what the 'poly' means. It's just silver to me

Kath - more silver than Mono Silver and Duo Silver. :p
What you guys need is a car that looks hideous on the outside, but is luxurious on the inside. The first car I bought after college was a brand new Nissan Pulsar NX (cutest little car ever) and every idiot and his uncle was aiming for me. I was very unused to that as my car in school was a $200 special with one whole side that was a mess from an accident. In that thing, nobody ever even got near me!

Ooh so I've got the bestest silver then - so when I see a mono silver or a duo silver car drive by I can poke my tongue out at the driver cos my poly's better than his :p
How can anything be more silver? It's either silver or it's not
Hideous on the outside but luxurious on the inside - sounds like a mobile brothel

That's the one Jill.
It's got lots of little hidey holes for storage - trays that pull out from under front seats, panels in rear footwells that lift to provide storage in the 'basement', drop down trays with cup holders on the backs of the front seats, middle seat that drops down to provide another tray and cup holder, cup holders in the centre of the dashboard - in fact it's got so many cup holders that the only thing it doesn't have is a teasmade. That'll probably be in nest years model! =D
