Need help IDing early live version of The Promise

Hello-
I'm new to the board. I am hoping somewhere here can help me. I bought a bootleg vinyl 45 back around the time Darkness came out and it had an early version of The Promise. It was from a live audience tape. I've been trying to figure out what show it might be from. I suspect it was from a '76 show but versions I've heard are different lyrically.

Here's one tip: the lyrics to the 2nd verse are

"Me I don't do nothing much, just spend a lot of time alone
Some nights I go to the drive in, and some nights I stay home"

Other early versions I've heard read in that place instead "I've got a little job in Darlington, but some nights I don't go..."

Can anyone solve this mystery? Thanks! Bob
