Now I´m sitting here, it´s a quater to four in the morning and I don´t know how to decribe the show.
30 Songs, four sign requests, 3 hours 20
Springsteen was angry, the way he bend his guitar during the turmoil of Born in the U.S.A., Death to my Hometown or the whole recession part of the show from Jack to Shackled. He was funny during Spirit in the Night or Waiting on a sunny day, while he was singing into a smartphone he took from a fan for a minute and then threw it away! He was fast, he was slow, he was intense.
The band is impressive. The horns, the backing singers. Max nails it on the very spot, Gary is so undervalued, Roy and Charlie lay down a beautiful carpet of sound, three guitars (Nils, Nils, Nils) to shine on and the violin.
Alright, I´m going to bed now to let the concert ring in my ears and soul again.
Thanks band, that you allowed me to witness this.

i will post a review when i have recovered...
All i can say is, thank you springsteen security for helping the german security getting people in the pit by number, in a friendly manner. No stampede, no pushing!
for now.. back in my hammock pretending to listen to the music, hiding my closed eyes behind sunglasses, so the kids and hubby do not see i am sound asleep...
Heiko, i am miffed that we missed eachother again.. But i heard that traffic was really really bad later on the day... Next time, there will always be a next time
