--- I turn the radio up loud so I don't have to think...
I have a Sirius reciever, but gave up the subscription a long time ago....
but I know that you can still get those 3 day trial things if you have an e-mail addy you have not used on Sirius before..... if you need to you can always create an alias e-mail on a site like yahoo or gmail~
I need to find someone with HBO for the Promise television premier~
Happy Birthday Rasin and Rock-n-roll Sue!!!!
--- Bruce was apparently as excited as the crowd: "Ladies and gentlemen, I've had an erection lasting more than four hours — I should get to the emergency room. But first!..."
Re: ThE Austin Pit Crew ~ Chapter 7 I hope all of my friends find the new link. I appreciate everything you all posted in the old thread. I was in a conference all day and didn't read them until just now. All valuable input and I appreciate it. I am feeling really down right now and part of it is being on my feet at this conference all day and part is worrying about my brother. Part is anger at Josh for doing what he did. I don't expect to heal in "six weeks" as has been suggested; this was my son, my baby, my flesh and blood and I never expect to recover from it. I expect maybe it will get easier and maybe I won't feel the pain every minute of every day but never forget him. I would like to look at the links you guys provided (Juke) and see if I can get any support. I found a support group called Survivors of Suicide (SOS) and it costs $32.00 a year but it might be worth it. I think the cost is to maintain the site and to make sure people don't get on there and post phony stuff.
Bear with me; I'm a work in progres (I think). I have some excellent Bruce Buds though, and for that I am thankful.

Re: ThE Austin Pit Crew ~ Chapter 7 A friend of mine from high school sent me this YouTube video on Facebook. He doesn't know my screen name here or that whenever I hear the song and the reference to "the Cosmic Kid" I have always thought of him, so it's extra cool to me that he sent this one. And I come here to post it and find it's the first page of a new chapter which makes this song especially appropriate. Enjoy!
Re: ThE Austin Pit Crew ~ Chapter 7 doorbell rang yesterday at about 1500 hours..
my 80 year old neighbour... in tears... She had taken a fall, and hurt her elbow... I called her doctor, we could pop by immidiately.. He said... take her to the hospital right now.. Then realised i was in my painting clothes... HE said, you can?? I said yeah, i have to make arrangements for my son, as he has to have his last vaccinationshots in 20 minutes... I called my mum, she took him...
in the hospital we had to wait.. and wait... then they made a xray.. By that time her ancle swoll up like a mellon too.. But.. the doc ordered only 1 xray.. So the nurse appologized, but said, i think they will take her into the first aid unit, then ask again.. (stoopid rules, we both agreed)
We did get into the first aid/ ER unit. Her elbow is broken, has to have surgery next week, her ancle (which i had to point out twice to the doctor) has a bad sprain (sp??)
at 1900 hours we where finally home... But what strikes us all the most... Several people saw her fall, some had to detour with their cycle around her, and did nothing... What kinda world do we live in???
She is now home, taken care off by the housecall nursses (don t know the english term) and the whole neighbourhood will cook her dinner
