Re: Euro Septic and Teabag Friends around the World! It was 8 years ago yesterday that I met my lovely wife for the first time, in London, on my first trip across the pond, at Heathrow, (after finding out that I'd been waiting at the wrong terminal for about an hour) It was also 8 years ago today that I met so many of my friends here face to face after a summer of struggle for tickets to Wembly Areana for my first Bruce gig,,, it was a life changing experience and I am very honored to count so many of the people I met then as my friends still today,, Thank all of you for your continued friendship and support,, it's been a hell of a ride and the pma continues to work it's magic. Raise a glass of Sherri Perri to you all and to the next tour!!
Much love your way to all of you,, big big hugsssss,, Inger and I miss you all and thank you all for everything!!
Re: Euro Septic and Teabag Friends around the World! Oh my! Eight years! I thought there was something today. I rarely listen to Bruce on my iPod but today I really felt the need!
I wasn't able to meet up but...
..to be there and know that others were and that they understood..
..to have forgotten about Incident and then to hear the opening cords on the piano..
..to see the crowd go nuts when the lights came up for Born to Run..
..to have a taxi driver challenge my wisdom at attending "this crazy gig"..
..to everything that followed..
...BRILLIANT!
This is real under your coat vid. Happy Anniversary!

Re: Euro Septic and Teabag Friends around the World! Just had this from Amanda at Saw Docs HQ:
"Tomorrow night The Saw Doctors play the famous Stone Pony in Asbury Park where Leo often saw Bruce Springsteen when he useta spend Summers in New Jersey on a student working visa. I wonder will Bruce drop by Thursday and maybe jump up on stage with The Saw Doctors at the Stone Pony for, let's say, To Win Just Once."
Come on Bruce! :drnk:
