Oh I thought it was just for film stars? didnt realise celebs/singers etc could get one? But yeah, I thought it would have been there a long time ago if that was the case?

He doesn't want one. It doesn't matter if artists are not as good as him. Artists need to be nominated, and if chosen, the artist has to accept. Springsteen declined.
