What's the history behind your screen name?
When I joined the original board, I had no intention of posting and didn't give any thought to a screen name. I didn't think I would be using it anyway.
So, as a teenager, I was a big Elton John fan and one of my favourite tunes was called 'Hercules'. I went through a period of naming everything I had 'Hercules' including a cat, a dog a pet spider and all five motorbikes I susequently owned. After that, it seemed to be a natural step to name myself Hercules. Especially with my body.

Re: What's the history behind your screen name?
I love animals, especially kittens and cats. I wanted to have kitty in my screen name and I believe kittykat was already taken, so I just tacked on a 1 after the name and it took, so that's why I am KittyKat1.
I thought it would be too weird to have KittyCat as my user name.

Re: What's the history behind your screen name?
I was punchbuggy on the old board. It's a VW beetle, a Canadian band, and I loved the nickname 'punch'.
I wanted the name when we came here but it was taken, so a friend of mine suggested spacebuggy - something similar. At first I thought it was because of my love for science fiction, but now I think it's because he thinks I'm crazy.
Punchbuggy was the first screen name I ever gave myself. Consequently, I'm quite fond of punchbuggy, punch, p-buggy, as well as spacebuggy.

Well about 27 years ago when I was in the army I shaved my head for a lot of money, and I recieved the nickname badmuts ( is Dutch for bathing cap )
and I never lost the nickname, the hair grew back though.

Nice one Badmuts, I live in Eindhoven, so I knew what the name meant. it sounds good in English too - A bit like 'Bad Mutt', which would make you a bad dog...

Very funny. Something tells me that you are too kind to animals to eat one, well..at least not a domesticated animal!

Re: What's the history behind your screen name?
My favourite Bruce love song is Tougher Than the Rest, so when I joined the original sony site I named myself 24thantherest, as I aspired to be "tougher" 24/7.
My name later evolved to be mrs bill~horton after marrying Kirk, and then Ramona67 was the obvious choice for these boards after Kirk chose Kirk58

Re: What's the history behind your screen name?
Born to Run is my all time favorite Bruce song, so therefore Wendy is my favorite Bruce love interest. For some reason, wendy15 was taken, so I added the double zero to the front like James Bond.
My real name is Lara. It's not Wendy.
